What's New?

Cork fabric is now available at QC.  There are 10 colours to choose from in a precut size of 13" x 18".  Our cork is an environmentally sustainable product from Portugal.  Use it in bags and embroidery projects.  Look for upcoming classes from Tina using cork, including the Sassy Stripe Zipper Bag.

Quilting Confections is moving towards being a fragrance-free environment.  Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances, especially in our classroom.  We thank you for your cooperation.

Demo Day

Our next Demo Day is March 7th at 10:30 am. Come in early to grab a coffee and a treat!

Sit & Sew

Sit & Sew happens every Friday afternoon, 12:00 to 6:00.   Bring a friend and join us for some social sewing time.  The coffee is always on!

As always, don't forget to bring your own bag when you shop at QC.  This is an on-going initiative to reduce plastic in the world, and you have a chance each month to win a quilty prize! Helen A. was our winner in February, congratulations!

Scissor Sharpening

We now offer scissor sharpening at QC.  This  includes most scissors and pinking shears.  Unfortunately, we cannot sharpen Ginghers at this time.

Enjoy classes in our spacious classroom with lots of table space, two oversized ironing boards, design wall, great teachers and good company. Whether you come with someone or venture in on your own, you are sure to make new friends, learn new skills and have a great time! By the way, if you need to cancel a class after registering, you can get a full refund up until one week before the first class.  Please be scent-free in our classroom.

Look for the sewing machine icon in our class list. Anyone can take these classes, but these specially marked classes are free for our sewing machine customers. Just one more thing we do to make buying a Baby Lock sewing machine from Quilting Confections special! Thank you for purchasing your supplies at QC for these classes, we appreciate your support.
