Considering the latest Covid news, we are  cancelling classes for the first few weeks of 2022. We will push the dates forward and clubs will start up in February, hopefully. If you didn't receive an email or a call regarding your class, please contact us. We hope that you will keep your class registration with us until we can provide a new date. But, if you would like a refund, we can do that for you, as well.  Stay tuned as we watch how things unfold this month.

Mystery Quilt Along

We begin another Facebook Quilt Along on January 14th. If you are in the current group on Facebook, there is nothing more for you to do, you are automatically enrolled. The group cover photo will change, along with the description, welcome letter, etc.  If you would like to join, here is the link:

 Mystery Quilt Along

The quilt this time is 70" x 90" with a non-traditional setting. I suggest setting aside approximately 3.5 - 4.5 m of background fabric (all the same or scrappy) and about 24 - 1/4 m cuts of colourful prints and/or solids. However, there may be times when you will need slightly more than 1/4 m.  Every Friday, beginning on the 14th, there will be a post of block instructions.  These will be stored in the files section at the top of the Facebook group page.  I will also post a pic of my finished block. We have had lots of fun with the first two quilt alongs, so consider joining!  It's a great chance to use your stash, but QC can also help you choose a background fabric or a starter bundle of 1/4 m cuts.

With Glowing Hearts

Northcott is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its Stonehenge Oh Canada fabric line. They are hosting an online Quilt-Along beginning in March 2022.  We have kits available so that you can join in the fun.  Let us know which quilt version you prefer, as we are making both kits. We are hopeful to have a class at QC, so stay tuned for more details.

Thank You

As always, we thank you for your continued support of Quilting Confections. We look forward to serving you soon!
