We offer factory authorized Baby Lock service right here at Quilting Confections. Our machine customers enjoy a 25% discount on machine service (excluding parts). Our technician will call you if your machine needs any major parts replaced, and again when your machine is ready to take home. We aim to have your machine serviced within two weeks and we will let you know up front if this is not possible.

We will spend one-on-one time with you to go over the machine and its functions.

We’ll provide a free class to show you how to take good care of your machine. You’ll learn how to clean your machine and some things you can do to keep it running smoothly.

Coming to class? Call ahead and we’ll provide a machine for your use during class. You won’t have to pack up your machine and carry it along.
